Our Story

Saving Souls Synergy was founded by Shawn Robert Johnson and Shana Johnson.

At age 19, Shawn was sentenced to 60 years in prison and ultimately served 19 years incarcerated in New Jersey State Prison. During that time, he dedicated himself to personal growth, education, faith, mentorship, and helping others make better choices.

In 2025, former New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy commuted the remaining 41 years of Shawn's sentence, allowing him to return home on December 4, 2025.

Together, Shawn and Shana transformed that journey into a mission of hope, creating Saving Souls Synergy to inspire others through books, apparel, speaking engagements, and community outreach.
